Body
Meditation Dialogue
A gentle exploration into the temple and structure of the body. This process witnesses and embraces existing opposing patterns, emotions, or energies - absent of criticism. The exploration reinforces a “natural” higher seat of awareness and connection to SELF. This purpose of this process is to awaken and resolve cognitive, energetic, and physical obstacles or illnesses.
Tibetan
Singing Bowl
Singing bowls produce sounds which invoke a deep state of relaxation and naturally assist one in entering meditation. The existence of singing bowls dates back to 560 BC and modern clinical studies have shown that sound can boost the immune system, decrease stress hormones, lower blood pressure, and induce alpha/theta brainwave patterns associated with production of endorphins (the body’s natural pain killers). The calming sounds of the bowls and gongs enter the body in a targeted way to restore feelings of well-being, reduce pain, release stress, and experience joyful healing.

The class is an invitation and journey into therapeutic yoga. This class awakens the student to the inner source of healing hidden within their breath and bodies. The gentle restorative class uses slow deep stretching, fluid breathing and meditation as tools to reset the central nervous system and the parasympathetic system responsible for the relaxation response that encourages the reduction of stress hormones within our bodies. Your body is supported with blankets, bolsters, blocks and chairs.
