The prerequisites for enrolling in a yoga teacher training program in Bali differ depending on the school and program. Generally, most programs expect participants to have at least six months to one year of regular yoga practice. Additionally, some schools may request a recommendation letter from a yoga teacher or an essay explaining your motivation for pursuing a career as a yoga instructor.
Our course schedule runs from Monday through Saturday afternoon, with half-day classes on Saturdays and no sessions on Sundays. Occasionally, we offer optional spiritual tours on Sundays, depending on availability. Throughout the week, we ensure that you have sufficient breaks between classes to rest and recharge.
